RQ1 RNase-Free DNase is a preparation of deoxyribonuclease (DNase) I that degrades single-stranded or double-stranded DNA to produce 3´-hydroxyl oligonucleotides. The enzyme is provided with 10X Reaction Buffer (400mM Tris-HCl [pH 8.0 at 25°C], 100mM MgSO₄, 10mM CaCl₂) and Stop Buffer (20mM EGTA [pH 8.0 at 25°C])
